Ruth Martin - About Me

I am a fully qualified CBT Therapist, registered with the BABCP.

I offer a warm, friendly, confidential and non-judgemental space. Alongside my core training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, my specialisms lie within Compassion-Focused Therapy for Low Self Esteem. I am also studying for a Post-graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and I like to integrate different counselling approaches where I feel it might be useful.

I have over ten years of experience working within adult mental health, first as a mental health social worker before retraining as a CBT therapist in 2018. 

I can support you with the following:

– Increasing personal resilience and effectiveness
